Inspired by Corey Taylor's 25th Anniversary mask, originally designed and created by Melissa “Missy” Stell, this handcrafted replica captures the heavily weathered and unsettling appearance of the original design.

The mask is constructed from latex and reinforced with multiple layers of burlap, creating a durable structure with a rough, decayed texture. Its aged gray finish, hollow eyes, exposed teeth, distressed surface, and uneven facial details recreate the recognizable anniversary-era look.

Eleven individually crafted dreadlocks are securely attached around the head to complete the silhouette. Four sturdy leather straps at the back provide a secure, adjustable fit while preserving the handmade character of the design. Because every mask is individually crafted and painted by FazeFX, subtle differences in texture, distressing, paint placement, and dreadlock positioning make each piece unique.
